My Story
Growing up, I was never the kid in shape. I struggled with my weight and often felt out of place in physical activities. It wasn’t until I embarked on my own weight loss journey that I discovered a deep passion for fitness. Through hard work, dedication, and a lot of learning, I transformed my body and my life. This personal experience ignited my passion to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals. I am now a certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise and nutrition coaching.
